THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 94- 109
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows:
1) Schedule II "NO PARKING" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) deleting the following reference:
Column 4
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Prohibited
Hiqhway Side Between Times or Days
Church street North & Liberty street and Anytime
(Bowmanville) South George street
Church street South Division street Anytime
(Bowmanville) and George street
Church Street North & Temperance Street Anytime
(Bowmanville) South and Division street
And
b) adding the following reference:
Column 1
Hiqhway
Church street
(Bowmanville)
Column 2
Side
Column 3
Between
Column 4
Prohibited
Times or Days
Both Sides
Temperance Street
and Liberty Street
Anytime
2) This By-law shall come into Force and take effect on the date
of the passing thereof and when signs to the effect are
erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 11th day of July, 1994.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of July,
1994.
