HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-44 ~ THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NUMBER 93-44 Being a By-Law to dedicate certain lands as public highways and to assume these lands as public highways for public use in the Town of Newcastle. WHEREAS A. The Council of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it desirable to dedicate certain lands as public highways and to assume these lands as public highways for public use; and B. The notice of the intention to establish and layout such lands as public highways has been published in accordance with Section 300 of the Municipal Act. R.S.O. 1990; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows: 1. THAT the lands located in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and set out in Schedule "A" to this By-law are hereby established, laid out and dedicated as public highways to be and form part of the public highway referred to therein and are hereby assumed by The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as public highways for public use.
