THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 93- 32
being a by-law to authorize the making of an
Extension Agreement between the Town of Newcastle,
Benjamin Lewis Angi and Betty June Angi, pursuant
to the provisions of Section 8 of the Municipal
Tax Sales Act
WHEREAS at its meeting on February 22, 1993, Council passed
Resolution #C-\31-Q!pproving Report #TR-17-93 which recommended the
making of an Extension Agreement between the Town of Newcastle and
Benjamin Lewis Angi and Betty June Angi, pursuant to Section 8 of
the Municipal Tax Sales Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M-60:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute on behalf
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle an Extension
Agreement provided that the Extension Agreement is executed by
all parties thereto on or before February 25, 1993.

By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of
February 1993
