THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 93-30
being a by-law to authorize the entering into
of an agreement with the Ministry of
Transportation to permit the Town to
establish and layout a road in Concession 5,
Lot 25, in the former Township of Clarke and
to permit the Ministry to build the road to
the Town's standard at no cost to the Town.
WHEREAS at its meeting held on October 26, 1992 Council passed
Resolution #C-697-92 approving Report #WD-81-92 which recommended
the making of an Agreement between the Town of Newcastle an the
Ministry of Transportation;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the corporation of the Town of Newcastle and seal
with the Corporation's seal, an Agreement between the
Ministry of Transportation and the said Corporation to
provide for the improvement and the assumption and
dedication by the Town of the road as a public road.

1993.

February 1993.
