THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 93-29
being a by-law to amend By-law 92-8, a by-law
to establish the Local Architectural
Conservation Advisory Committee for the Town
of Newcastle
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 92-8;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following names be deleted therefrom:
Jennifer Bowman, R.R. #1, Enniskillen, LOB 1HO
Dorothy McFarland, 3757 Courtice Road North, Courtice
and replaced with the following names:
Eleanor Magder, R.R. #1, Orono, LOB 1MO
LYnn Barbara Lovekin, 196 Lovekin Road, R.R. #8,
Newcastle, L1B 1LO.
By-law read a first and second time this 8th day of February 1993
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 8th day of
February 1993
