THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 93-216
being a By-law to authorize the making of a Servicing
Agreement in Implementation of Proposed Official Plan
Amendment No. 56.
WHEREAS the Council has approved the Addendum to Report # PD-169-93,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Servicing Agreement with
Willsonia Industries Ltd. and Darlington Properties Inc. which applies to the
Willsonia Lands and incorporates the principles set out in paragraph 1.3 of the
Addendum Report # PD-169-93.
BY-LAW read a first time this 13th. day of December, 1993.
BY-LAW read a second time this 13th. day of December, 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th. day of December, 1993.
