THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 93-l9
being a by-law to amend By-law 91-202, being
a by-law to appoint an Acting Mayor for the
Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it expedient to amend By-law 91-202, a by-law appointing an
Acting Mayor for the Town of Newcastle:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
l. THAT By-law 91-202 be amended by the deleting the following
therefrom:
"Councillor Larry Hannah - December 1992 and January 1993
Councillor Ken Hooper - February and March 1993
Councillor Mary Novak - April and May 1993"
and replacing it with the following:
"Councillor Larry Hannah - December 1992 to February 1993
Councillor Mary Novak - March to May 1993"
By-law read a first time this 25th day of January 1993.
By-law read a second time this 25th day of January 1993.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day. of
January 1993.
