Being a By-Law to repeal By-law 86-124, as amended,
being a by-law to appoint a Chief Administrative
Officer
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS: -
1. THAT By-law 86-124, as amended, appointing Lawrence E.
Rotseff as Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of
Newcastle on a tenured basis is repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of October
1993.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of
October 1993.
