BY-LAW NUMBER 93- 152
being a By-law to repeal By-law 92-57 of the former Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS By-law 92-57 was passed to adopt Amendment No. 48 to the Official Plan of the
former Town of Newcastle.
AND WHEREAS the new owners are no longer interested in proceeding with amendment No.
48 to the Official Plan of the former Town of Newcastle.
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deem it advisable to repeal By-
law 92-57.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. By-law 92-57 is hereby repealed.
2. That this By-law shall come into effect on the date of the passing thereof.
BY-LAW read a first time this 12th day of October 1993.
BY-LAW read a second time this 12th day of October 1993.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of October 1993.
