BY-LAW 93-118
A By-law to repeal By-law 92-77 and to amend
By-law 89-219, being a By-law to amend
By-law 79-104, as amended, a By-law to provide
for the Maintenance, Management, Regulation
and Control of Cemeteries in the Town of
Newcastle
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 79-104 be, and the same is hereby amended, by
rescinding Schedule "A" attached thereto and replacing it with
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law.
2 . THAT By-law 92-77 be repealed.
3. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on
September 1, 1993, subject to the approval of the Ministry of
Consumer and Commercial Relations .
By-law read a first and second time this 19th day of July, 1993.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of
July, 1993.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON

1. THAT By-law 79-104 be, and the same is hereby amended, by
rescinding Schedule "A" attached thereto and replacing it with
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law.
2 . THAT By-law 92-77 be repealed.
3. THAT this By-law shall come into force and take effect on
September 1, 1993, subject to the approval of the Ministry of
Consumer and Commercial Relations.
