THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 93-8
being a by-law to appoint
Members to the Property
Standards Committee for
the Town of Newcastle and
to repeal By-law 92-6
WHEREAS Section 31 (11) of the Planning Act R.S.O" 1990;
provides for the establishment of a Property Standards
Committee composed of such persons, not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed to
the Property Standards Committee for a term
expiring December 31, 1993:
Joe Bonura, 2 Audrey Court, Courtice, L1E 2B3
Douglas F. Browning, 6160 Vannest Road,
R.R. #1, Hampton, LOB 1JO
Jean-Michel Komarnicki, 89 Little Avenue,
Bowmanville, L1C 1J9
Elmer Pollard, 3051 Courtice Road,
Courtice, L1E 2H8
Peter Wolla, R.R. #5, Oshawa, L1H 8L7
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the
budget allocations approved by council for this
purpose.
3. THAT By-law No. 92-6 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 11th day of
January 1993
By-law read a third time and finally passed this
11th day of January 1993
