THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 92- 87
being a By-Jaw respecting the appointment of Plumbing Inspectors
WHEREAS Subsection l(a) of Section 77 of the Ontario Water Resources Act R.S.O., 1990 Chapter
0040, empowers CoWlcil to pass certain by-Jaws respecting the appointing of Plumbing Inspectors.
NOW THR1l~FOR BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the COWlcil of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. The persons listed on Schedule "A" to this By-Jaw are hereby appointed as Plumbing Inspectors
for the Town of Newcastle.
2. By-Jaw 89-174 is hereby repealed.
