THAT the lands described as Blocks 73, 75 and 77, Plan 10M- 792, in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby established, laid out, dedicated as public highway and assumed by the said Corporation for public use. 2. THAT the streets described in Registered Plan 10M-792 (described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law), all being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use. 3. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land Registry Office to have the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle shown as the owner of the streets on Plan 10M-792.
