THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-6
being a by-law to appoint Members to
the Property Standards Committee for
the Town of Newcastle and to repeal
By-law 91-16
WHEREAS Section 31(11) of the Planning Act, 1983, as amended,
provides for the establishment of a Property Standards Committee
composed of such persons, not fewer than three;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed to the
Property Standards Committee for a term expiring
December 31, 1992:
Judy Arnold, 88 Homefield Square, Bowmanville, LIE lL2
Jean-Michel Komarnicki, 89 Little Avenue,
Bowmanville, LIC IJ9
Peter Wolla, R.R. #5, Oshawa, LIH 8L7
Patricia A. Pingle, Box 49, R.R. #2, Bowmanville, LIC 3K3
Jerry Tymoshik, 7 Munday Crt., R.R. #3, Bowmanville, LIC 3K4
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the budget
allocations approved by council for this purpose.
