HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-51 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NUMBER 92-51 Being a By-Law to assume certain within the Town of Newcastle as highways in the Town of Newcastle. streets public NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows: 1. THAT the streets and reserve blocks described in Registered Plan 10M-783 (described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law), all being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use. 2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land Registry Office to have the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle shown as the owner of the streets on Plan 10M-783. BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of February 1992.
