THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 92-50
Being a By-Law to assume certain streets within the Town
of Newcastle as public highways in the Town of Newcastle.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follow:
1. THAT the streets, street widenings and reserve blocks described in
Registered Plan 10M-809 (described in Schedule "A" attached hereto
and forming part of this By-Law) all being in the Town of
Newcastle, in the ,Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby
accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as public
highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 10th day of February, 1992.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of February,
1992.
