THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-3
being a by-law to appoint Valuers of
Livestock and Poultry for the Town of
Newcastle and to repeal By-law 91-13
WHEREAS Section 11(1) of the Dog Licensing and Livestock Act,
provides that the Council of every local municipality shall
appoint one or more persons as Valuers of Livestock and poultry;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as Valuers
of Livestock and Poultry for a term expiring
December 31, 1992:
Sydney Worden, R.R. #2, Bowmanville, LIC 3K3
Arnot R. Wotten, R.R. #1, Hampton, LOB 1JO
2. THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the budget
allocations approved by council for this purpose.
3. THAT By-law 91-13 is hereby repealed.
