CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-25
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being
a By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the Town
of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
desirable to amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule II "No Parking" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
(A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1
Highway
Column 2
Side
Column 3
Between
Column 4
Prohibited
Times or Days
Beaver Street
(Newcastle)
AND

South limit of Beaver
Street and Andrew Street

(B) Substituting the following references:

2) This by-law shall come into force on the date when signs to the
effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of January, 1992.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of January,
1992.
