CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 92-212
Being a by-law to acquire certain lands from
the Ministry of Transportation, Lot 25,
Concession 5 (former Clarke Township) Town of
Newcastle.
WHEREAS:
A The Council of the Town of Newcastle deems it expedient to
acquire certain lands for the construction of a public road
and turn around;
B The owners of such lands have consented in writing to the
passing of a by-law for establishing such public road and turn
around;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle accept a conveyance
from the Ministry of Transportation of Part of Lot 25,
Concession 5 (former Township of Clarke) Town of Newcastle,
Regional Municipality of Durham designated as Parts 1 and 3,
Plan. 40R-14 739,~ for the purpose of. establishi"n.g a J>ublic laneway and turn
around cir.cle.
By-Law read a first and second time this 26th day of October, 1992.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
October, 1992.
