THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 92-2
being a by-law to appoint Fence Viewers
for the Town of Newcastle and to repeal
By-laws 91-12 and 91-197
WHEREAS Section 2 of the Line Fences Act, Chapter 242, R.S.O.,
1980, provides that the Council of every municipality shall, by
by-law, appoint such number of Fence Viewers as are required to
carry out the provisions of the Act and the by-law shall fix the
per diem remuneration to be paid to the Fence Viewers;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as Fence
Viewers for the Town of Newcastle for a term ending
December 31, 1992:
Joseph B. Christl, Sr., 1305 Trulls Road, Courtice, L1E 2S4
Lawrence H. Farrow, 5400 Regional Rd. #18, R.R. #1,
Newtonville, LOA 1JO
Robert C. Martin, 15 Maple St., Box 17, Gr. 5,
Haydon, L1C 3K2
Glenn Stapleton, 2100 Stapleton Rd., R.R. #8,
Newcastle, L1B 1L9
2. THAT the remuneration of the Fence Viewers be set in
accordance with the budget allocations per viewing approved
by Council for this purpose.
3. THAT By-laws 91-12 and 91~197 are hereby repealed.
