CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
. BY-LAW 92- 170
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, being a
By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways, and
Municipal and Private Property in the Town of
Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Schedule XXIX, liON-STREET PARKING FOR DISABLED PERSONS ", of
By-law 91-58 is amended by:
a) Adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4
Hiahway Side Between Times or Days
Temperance East 56 m and 63 m Anytime
Street north of Queen
(Bowmanville) Street
2. This By-law shall come into force on the date that signs to
the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of July, 1992.
BY-LAN read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of July,
1992.
