THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 92-111
Being a by-law to establish, layout and
assume certain street widenings within the
Town of Newcastle as public highways.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT the lands described as Part of Lot 30, Concession 2,
Geographic Township of Darlington, in the Town of Newcastle,
Regional Municipality of Durham designated as Part 4 on Plan
10R-2838, are hereby established and laid out as a public
highway and are hereby accepted by The Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle as public highway and assumed by the said
Corporation for public use.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 13th day of April, 1992.
BY-LAN read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of
April, 1992.
