HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-110 I . , - . THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NUMBER 92-110 Being a By-Law to assume certain public highways within the Town of Newcastle as public highways. NOW THEREFORE, the council of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle enacts as follows: 1. THAT the public highways more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-law, all being located in the Town of Newcastle in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle as public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use.
