WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable
to amend By-law 74-72 as amended, by By-law 83-33;

NOW THEREfORE THE COUNCIL Of THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Tariff "A" to By-law 74-72, as amended by By-law 83-33, is hereby
further amended by deleting Tariff lIA" therefrom, and substituting the
following revised Tariff "A" therefore:

A copy of the Above Tariff Shall be Prominently Displayed in All Taxicabs.
2. THAT By-law No. 83-33 shall be repealed effective July 1, 1985.
3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the 2nd day of July 1985.
