THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 85-75
being a by-law to amend Schedule "A" to
By-law 83-164 entitled "a by-law to
establish the position of Platoon Chief"
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Section 3. of Schedule "A" to By-law 83-164 be deleted in
its entirety and that the following Section 3. be substituted
therefor:
3. Mr. D. Gregg Corden shall be remunerated
at Salary Grade 10 of Salary Administration
Program for non-affiliated staff and shall
be entitled to all other benefits accorded
to non-union staff from time to time.
By-law read a first and second time this 27th day of May 1985
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of May 1985.
