THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 85- 62
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a public highway in the Town of Newcastle
(Lakeshore Road and the Road Allowance
Between Lots 24 and 25, Clarke)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE, BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following land is hereby established as a Public Highway, Section 1
forming part of Lakeshore Road and Section 2 Part of the Road Allowance
between Lots 24 and 25, all in the former Township of Clarke, now
within the Town of Newcastle.
The said lands hereby established as Public Highways are described as
follows:
1. ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of
Newcastle in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
formerly Parts of Lot 25, Broken Front Concession,
more particularly described as Parts 1 and 4 on
Registered Reference Plan 10R-1819, deposited in the
Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Newcastle (No. 10) on April 26th 1984; and
2. ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of
Newcastle in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
formerly part of Lot 25, Broken Front Concession,
862.11 metres northerly from the north-west angle of
Lakeshore Road and the Road Allowance between Lots
24 and 25, more particularly described as Part 3 on
Registered Reference Plan 10R-1793, deposited in the
Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Newcastle (No. 10) on March 22nd 1984.
By-law read a first and second time this 27th day of May 1985
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 27th day of May 1985
