THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 82-174
being a by-law to amend by-law 77-25,
as amended.
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of April 1977 under the Cemeteries Act, 1970,
Chapter 57, Section 65, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle passed
by-law 77-25, regarding the maintenance, management and control of certain cemeteries
in the Town of Newcastle, which had been deemed to be abandoned:
AND WHEREAS the description of the Gilmer Family Plot in Schedule "A"
to By-law 77-25, as amended by by-law 80-74, is in error:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS"AS FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" to By-law 77-25 as amended by by-law 80-74, is further amended
by deleting:
Gilmer Family Plot Lot 2, Conc. 2
and adding: Gilmer Family Plot Lot 2, Conc. 4
This by-law shall come into effect when it has been approved by the Ministry of
Consumer and Commercial Relations.
