THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 82-154
being a by-law to appoint a Confidential Secretary to
the Director of Public Works.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Mrs. Janet O'Neill is hereby appointed 'Confidential
Secretary to the Director of Public Works.
2. That said appointment shall be in accordance with the terms
and conditions as set out in Schedule 'A' attached hereto;
3. That Mrs. Janet O'Neill shall be paid for her services at
the rate appropriate of Salary Grade 3 of the scale established
for Non-Union employees, starting at Step 1.

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW 82-154.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF MRS. JANET O'NEILL.
1. Effecti ve November 1, 1982, Mrs. Janet 0' Nei 11 shall be
appointed to the position of Confidential Secretary to
the Director of Public Works, of the Town of Newcastle.
2. The duties and responsibilities of the Confidential
Secretary shall be in accordance with those set out in
Schedule "A" to By-Law 82-153.
3. Mrs. Janet O'Neill shall be remunerated in accordance
with the Town's policy in respect of compensation for
Non-Union Staff, and more specifically shall be paid,
from November 1, 1982, at Salary Grade 3, Step 1.
4. - Mrs. Janet O'Neill shall be entitled to all other non-
union employee benefits, as may be determined from time
to time.
