THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 82- 134
being a By-law to amend By-law No. 76-25, as amended, of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. Section 11 of By-law 76-25, as amended, of the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle is hereby further amended by adding thereto
the following IISPECIAL CONDITION 1011:
IISPECIAL CONDITION 10
9.1 Defined Area
The lands subject to this IISpecial Conditionll
comprises Lot 5, Block 23, Grants Plan of the
former Town of Bowmanville, situated on the
north-west corner of Park Street and Liberty
Street.
9.2 Permitted Signs
In addition to the signs permitted by Section 8
of this By-law and notwithstanding any other
provisions of this By-law to the contrary, a
ground identification sign having a maximum sign
area of 40 square feet, shall be permitted with-
in the IIDefined Areall.
2. This By-law shall come into effect on the final passage
hereof.
