BY-LAW 82-113
being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an agreement with Kamlu Construction
Limited for the Construction of Storm
Sewers, Baseline Road, Bowmanville
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and seal with
the Corporation Seal, an Agreement between Kamlu Construction
Limited, Gormley, Ontario, and the said Corporation, for the
Construction of Storm Sewers, Baseline Road, Bowmanville,
Contract Number 5404.
By-Law read a first and second time this 6 day of August 1982
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 6 day of August 1982
