By-Law No. 74-81
a by-law to amend By-Law Noo 74-40
establishing a Board of Management to
operate Museums on its behalfo

WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to amend By-Law No. '74-40 establishing
a Board of Management to operate museums to include the appointing of a Board of
Management for each Museumo
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as follows:
section:
THAT By-Law Noo 74-40 be amended by the addition of the following
7. (j) appoint a management board for each museum which shall
carry out such duties as directed by the Town of Newcastle
