THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-LavT No.. 7l1-78
To amend By-Law No. 1761
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
passed By-Law No. 1761 on the 5th day of December, 1960, providing for the
control and management of the Bowmanville Cemetery;
AND WHEREAS By-Law No. 1761 has been amended by By-Law No. 68-4,
passed on the 5th day of February, 1968, and by By-Law No. 68-30, passed on
the 3rd day of September, 1968 and By-Law No. 71-43 passed on the 6th day of
December, 19741, which by-laws have been duly approved by the Ontario Department
of Financial and Commercial Affairs;
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to further amend the said By~Law No. 1761
to revise the tariff of rates;
NOW THEREFORE the Corporation of the TOvln of Newcastle HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1.
THAT Schedule "A" nttached to By-Law No. 71-43 be deleted and
replaced by Schedule "A" attached hereto.
Read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th day of November, 1974..
