THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 74-77
A by-law to authorisc the entering into an
Agreement with certain Service Clubs in the
Tovm of Newcastle for the construction of a
Public Swi~ming Poolo
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
enacts as follows:-
(1) THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorised to execute on behalf
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and seal with the
Corporate Seal an Agreement with the Kinsmen Club of Bowmanville,
the Kiwanis Club of BOlqrnanville, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch
178, the Lions Club of Bowmanvillc and the Rotary Club of
Bowmanvilleo
Read a first, second and. third time and finally passed this 21st day of
October, 19740'~
