THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-LAW NO, 74-65
being a By-law to Rescind By-law
No. 74-57.
WHEREAS By-law No. 74-57, passed on the 29th day of
July, 1974, amended By-law No. 74-38 and
WHEREAS Council now deems it desirable to repeal By-
Law No. 74-57
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:
THAT By-law No. 74-57, passed on the 29th day of July,
1974, is hereby repealed.
