By-Law NoD 74-51
Being. a by-1avl to nmend By-Lavl NoD 74-29 a by-law
to provide for the licensing and registration of
dogs and for regulating running at large of dogso
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle on the
18th day of February, passed By-Law NoD 74-29 to provide for the licensing and
registration of dogs and for regulating the running at large of dogs;
AND WHEREAS the said Council deems it necessary to amend said by-law;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts
as fol1ows:-
10 That By-Law Noo 74-29 be amended by adding to Section (4) Subsection (1)
the fo 110wing words:-
"but when a person brings a dog to the Pound to be destroyed, no
charge shall be made for this serviceo"
