The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the TO~nl of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-
10 THAT John Ho Dunham is hereby appointed Director of Public
Works of the To~m of Newcastle durinc the pleasu~of
Council.
2.
THAT all by-laws or the To~msDip of Darlington, the Town of
Bowmanville, tIle Tm'mship of Clarke and the VillaEe of
Newcastle not conoistent with thic by-law be and are hereby
repealed.
