THE CORPORATION OF THE TOvJN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO.. 3!1rJ~...
a by-law to appoint Warble Fly
Inspectors for the Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Darlington did, on the fifth day of February, 1953, pass
By-law 1187, and the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township
-of Clarke did, on the 9th day of February, 1953, pass By-law 1226, to
provide for enforcing of the conditions of the Warble F~ Control Act;
AND ~REAS, it is deemed expedient to appoint inspectors by
by-law to carrr out the provisions of the sa~d Act, and the Regulations
thereunder, , '
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Warble Fly Control Act, R.S.O.
.. '1970, Chapter 487, Sec. 3, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle, enacts as follows:
1. Clifford Pethick and Lawrence Harris are appointed
Inspectors for the Town of Newcastle, under the Warble
Fly Control Act..
