Being a by-law to establish and maintain
Petty Cash Funds.
WHEREAS Subsection 4 of Section 220 of the Municipal Act,
(R.S.O. 1970 Chapter 234, Section 220) provides that the Council of
a Municipality may by by-law prov:Lde that the Treasurer may establish
and maintain a petty cash fund of an amount of money sufficient
to make change and to pay small accounts, subject to such terms and
conditions as the by-law may provide.
AND HHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:-
1. THAT the followins funds be set up:-

Arena
(b) Petty Cash Fund

2. THAT any by-law of the Township of Dcrlington and Clarke, the
Town of Bo~rraanville and the Village of Newcastle not consistant
