A by-law to autho~ize the establishment of
a Payroll Account.
The Municipal Council of the Corpo~ation o{ the Town of Newcastle
enacts as followo:-
l.. THAT the Treasurer of the Totm be authorized and instructed
to open an account with the Canadian L:1perial Bank of
Commerce, Bowmanville Branch, to :Je l~nm'm as the 'P-ayroll
Account' ..
2.
THAT all tranafers of fuuds from the General Account of the

Corporation to the Payroll !lccount ahall be executed by the
Treasurer nno counter-si:3ned 1::/ the Hayor of the Corporation.
3.
THAT the oignatures of the Treasurer and Mayor may be
mechanically re-produced on cheques drm~ on the said
Payroll Account.
