By-Law No. 7J.j-l':;
A by-law to appoint the Auditors
for the Corporation.
The l1unicipal Council of t~e Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-
L THAT the firm of Deloitte, Ha.skins and Sells, Chartered
Accountinto, is hereby appointed ~unitots for the
Corporation during the pleasure of Council.
2.
THAT all by-laws of the Corporations of the Townships of
Darlington and Clarl~e, the Town of Bo'lll1anville and the
Village of Newcastle a.ppointine Auditors are hereby
repealed except ..7ith respect to the audit of the accounts
of the said Corporations for the year 1973 and previous
years, for Hhich purpooes they shall remain in full force
and effecto
