CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007-123
being a By-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Angela Elizabeth Brown and Richard Vanbeek, in respect
to the purchase of Part1 on Plan 40R-24789, Clarington, former Town of Bowmanville
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1 . That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Angela Elizabeth Brown and Richard Vanbeek and said
Corporation.
