THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NO. 2007 - 093
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007 - 029, being a by-law to appoint
Members to the Clarington Highway 407 Community Advisory Committee
for the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington
Highway 407 Community Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report
PSD-128-02 and Addendum to Report PSD-128-02 on January 13, 2003;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT Fred Biesenthal be appointed to the Clarington Highway 407
Community Advisory Committee as the industry representative on behalf
of the Clarington Board of Trade, for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed.
BY-lAW read a first time this 30th day of April, 2007.
BY-LAW read a second time this 30th day of April, 2007.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 30th day of April 2007.
