THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007-082
being a by-law to declare Parts 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on Plan 40R-24257 to be
surplus
WHEREAS at its meeting on March 19, 2007, Council of the Municipality of Clarington
received and approved Report PSD-032-07;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of The Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT Parts 2, 3,4, 5 and 6 on Plan 40R-24257 are hereby declared surplus.
By-law read a first time this 23rd day of April 2007
By-law read a second time this 23rd day of April 2007
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 23rd day of 2007
