THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2007-041
Being a by-law to appoint Members to the Board of Management for the
Newcastle Central Business Improvement Area
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT, in accordance with Section 204 of the Municipal Act, the following
persons be appointed to the Board of Management for the Newcastle
Central Business Improvement Area for a term concurrent with the term of
the appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
Valentine Lovekin
Karen Bastas
Mary Wilson
Dwight Hickson
Tenzin Gyalstan
Joan Kimbel
Anthony Turnbull
Councillor Robinson

Secretary/Treasurer
