In order to deal with the appointment of an alternate to the GTSB at today's
meeting, the following procedures will need to be followed. This is because the
resolution which was adopted by Council on March 22, 1999 tabled the matter
to April 12, 1999.
�Dt)/jG % • A motion to suspend the Rules of Procedure to introduce a reconsideration
motion (requires a % majority vote - 6 members if all 7 are in attendance)
Motion to reconsider Resolution GPA -122-99 (requires 2/3 majority vote - 5
members if all 7 are in attendance)
(/ • Motion to consider the appointment at today's meeting (majority vote)
