THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2007 - 035
Being a By-law to appoint Pound Keepers
for the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-law 2004-022.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed as Pound Keepers in the
Municipality of Clarington for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
John Scanlan
Arnot Wotten
2. THAT By-law 2004-022 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
