THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NO. 2007 - 034
Being a By-law to repeal Schedule "A" to By-law 2004-021, being a by-law to
amend By-law 78-63 to establish the Orono Arena as a Community Centre
in accordance with the Community Recreation Centre Act R.S.O., (1990)
C.22 and to provide for the establishment of a Community Centre Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient to
appoint members to the Newcastle Arena Board;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Orono Arena Community
Centre Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council
or until a successor is appointed:
Raymond Bester
John Witheridge
Councillor Gord Robinson
2. THAT By-law 2004-020 is hereby repealed.
BY-lAW read a first time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a second time this 29th day of January 2007.
BY-lAW read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of January 2007.
