THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2006-202
Being a by-law to Repeal By-law 2001-141, a By-law to maintain a safe and
secure work environment at the Municipal Administrative Centre and the
Orono Works Yard
WHEREAS on October 2,2006 the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality
of Clarington enacted By-law 2001-141 ; and
WHEREAS on October 16, 2006 the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington adopted the Recommendations contained in Report
ADM-006-06;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED:
1. THAT By-law 2001-141, as amended, is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first time this 16th day of October 2006.
By-law read a second time this 16th day of October 2006.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of October 2006.
