THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2006-173
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2005-145, a By-law
respecting the appointment of a Chief Building Official,
Building Inspectors, Plumbing Inspectors and Fire
Safety Inspectors.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington has approved the
recommendations contained in Report EGD-40-06.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. Schedule 'A' to By-Law 2005-145 is hereby amended by adding the
following thereto:
Column 1 "Inspector"
Column 2 "Adam Carter"
2. Schedule 'A' to By-Law 2005-145 is hereby amended by deleting the
following thereto:
"John Preston"
"Duane Tyte"
This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing hereof.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 11th day of September, 2006.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of September, 2006.
