Hampton, April 21st, 1966.
Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on
this date, all members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that the minutes of
April 7th and April 15th, 1966 be approved as read.
Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that accounts for the
month of March, 1966, as listed herewith, be paid:

Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that Mrs. Budai be dtlegated
to attend Ontario Division of Community Planning Association in Toronto
on April ';'// ~7 _oil. 28th. /

Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that the Clerk instruct the
Township Solicitor to accept an undertaking from S. Mayko to the effect
that lands to widen the forced road in Lot 32, Concession It, will be
conveyed to the Township when the original road allowance between
Lots 32 and 33 is closed.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that John
Eeuwes be informed that unless he complies with the Building Inspector's
direction, the Township intends to apply for an order to have a bui+ding
at the rear of his property in Lot 35, Concession 3 removed.
Moved by'Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that a By-law
be prepared to appoint a Road Superintendent.
Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that this Council now
adjourn to sit in Committee of the Whole Council.
Council re-convened at 7:00 p.m. Reeve Blanchard presiding.
Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that a report
of a Committee of the Whole Council, dated April 17th, be adopted.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Down that this
Council adjourn.

employees of the Roads Department be increased by .15~/per hour,
retroactive to January 1st, 1966.
Hoved by Councillor Down and Deputy Reeve Muir that salaries
of officers and office employees for 1966 be set as follows
